If you are located in the EU, UK, Switzerland, or Canada, applicable data protection laws may require us to identify the legal bases we rely on to process your information.

- Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to provide the Services or fulfill our contractual obligations.

We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice requires us to keep personal information longer than the period in which users have an account with us.
Category A identifiers and Category F internet or network activity may be retained as long as the user has an account with us. Category G geolocation data may be retained for six months.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store it until deletion is possible.

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age specified by law in your jurisdiction. If we learn that personal information from a minor has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to delete that data.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track feature. Because there is currently no uniform standard for recognizing or honoring Do-Not-Track signals, we do not currently respond to them.
